Due to the COVID 19 pandemic, serious impacts to the commercial aviation industry have occurred. Flight delays, cancellations, and risk of illness are just to name a few. Due to these factors, there has been a shift to how some people choose to travel, which has resulted in an increased demand to purchase private aircrafts. The TBM is an aircraft made by Daher with a single turbo prop engine, which has a price range between one million and five million dollars depending on the model type(aircraftcostcalculator.com). Requiring less flight hours and experience then a jet, having the ability to carry up to six people and luggage, and being the fastest single engine aircraft before a jet makes it an attractive option for individuals searching the market to purchase a private aircraft (flyingmag.com).
To take full advantage of the current and projected future market trends, I created a web-based application that can assist with the marketing and sale of the TBM in Canada, the United States, Mexico, and Brazil in three major ways:
1)Through data visualization, this tool can aid in determining the best cities to market a particular TBM model based on location data.
